wet nose

Earls nose is damp to touch i have noticed recently- his hair around his mouth is not sticky- and he isn't sneezing- he seems his normal self. There is nothing wrong other than that

Is it a gummy bun thing? or could he be ill? or is it normal? or is it a house rabbit thing?
