i did pick one up from reception at my vet's ages ago but i may have binned it as they wouldn't cover eric. i'll have a look and let you know

Why wouldnt they cover Eric?

pre-existing medical condition. i didn't bother asking tho as i knew they'd say no. eric had pasteurella/syphillis from when i had him (never sure what it really was but fingers crossed we've had no recurrence).
