Stones in P@H Hay Cookies

I have to say I was less than happy when I was seperating out a hay cookie in to three bits to divide it between Josie, Velcro and Crumpet only to find two massive stones and a further smaller stone! I then investigated further to find what looked like a chunk of cement.

I will be carefully inspecting our hay cookies in future! I don't want my buns or guinea to enthusiastically bite in to a stone or lump of cement!

So everyone who feeds hay cookies from p@h please take care!

I will do. They were the p@h own brand ones. I was not best pleased.

Take them back to the store and ask for a customer complaint form to be filled in and forwarded to H/O. The product can be investigated then. I'm sure the store will replace them or refund.
