Hot Bunnies

My bunnies are not very happy in this heat wave we're having in Seattle! They are very lethargic, laid out, breathing a bit faster than usual, and just generally miserable. I've been wetting their ears, giving them cold water, and I have given them a frozen water bottle to lay next to.

What else can I do for them? Any tricks of the trade?

(It's going to be 33-35 degrees all week long. )

shade, a damp sheet over their hutch/runs/area. Can you get cool pads over there? Similar to the bunny safe heat pads that last up to 8 hours there is a cool version too

I freeze a block of marble for mine to lay on if he gets too hot. I cover it with a tea towel so it doesn't burn him though.

i have slate slabs in their house, and put freeze packs under them in very hot weather.
