So angry and upset with vet

I had a letter off them reminding me about Yoshi's booster jab..

So insensitive as he was PTS at their practice less than six weeks ago

They have agreed to transfer his booster jab over to my new bun..

3 weeks and four days

Please don't be angry or upset. I do the booster reminders for our vets and these thing can happen. I may be the vet hasd forgotten to write that the animal has been PTS, or the person who does them had just had a mental block. I do about 250 a month and it is very easy to stop seeing things after you have done pages and pages of them. I would be horrified if I upset somebody, but know it will/has happened, but it certainly wasn't meant.
