Hello all - posted this in rabbit welfare but not had much in the way of advice yet so someone told us to post here, where it would be seen by more people.
Pls reply in the original thread, here
thanks

A friend of ours was offered 2 young rabbits today by a young boy at a market. The market wouldn't take them from him so just sent him on his way (responsible of them huh?) - It was Melton Market btw!
Not knowing what their fate would be if she said no, she popped them in a box and brought them back with her. On arriving home she gave us a call and we've taken them from her - spoken to Hunnybunnies and received some very good advice, thanks Jill.
Putting a couple of pics here in case anyone could give us any idea of their age.
The one being held in the pic is slightly the bigger of the 2.
They've both eaten a bit of grass and hay but seem pretty shaken - not had the best of days have they..
all advice gratefully received,
thanks
