whats can i ffed mowgli to try and get some much needed weight onto him

strawberry, carrot and pumpkin seeds apparently (although not too much) you could always try feeding some of those awful honey stick treats for a week or two if hes really skinny!

horses barley rings are good for putting weight on rabbits :wave: also, porridge!

given him some dry porridge oats, do i need to add anything to them?

I'm pretty sure you're meant to soak them first so they don't swell up inside him and make him ill :?
