I have a new bunny:)

Warren Veteran
This is Chester, he's an old boy, vet guestimates his age between 5 - 7 years old. He suffers from arthritis in his back legs and has the onset of cataracts in both eyes, and he's beautiful and he is going to be the most loved and cared for housebun:love:

I had the pleasure of meeting this gorgeous boy on Friday night. He's one bunster who has definitely fallen on his feet! He's going to be spoiled :) x

He's cute:love: and a lucky boy..
just some advice I'm sure you don't need:lol:
if his back legs are stiff and he has cataracts coming..panacur for 28 days would be a good idea..just incase its EC related..hopefully it isn't but better to be safe than sorry:D
I have a soft spot for magpies:D

Hi Jill,

He's on a course of baytril at the moment, (he had diarrohea when I got him, which thankfully has stopped) so Rachael doesn't want to panacur him just yet, he's also got other problems that are being treated. He's back at the vets on Wednesday. He's quarantined in the house away from the other bunnies.

I think he's settled in - he keeps happy flopping, and he tried to binky, nothing spectacular like the others, but the fact he tried with his legs being like they are, is such a reward:love:
