Anyone know what this tree is and if its poisonous?

I was too slow getting Maddies her breakfast this morning so she jumped out and started munching some leaves :roll: They were from this tree, she seams fine but wanted to check what it is.
I hate the thing all it does is drop leaves and grow news ones constantly, all i ever do is rake up these leaves :roll:

Can you do a close-up of the leaves? Are there any seeds on the ground? IT looks like some kind of willow to me.

i thought it looked like a willow too.

Its a contorted willow I think...has twisty branches?

looks like a corkscrew willow to me. check the leaves here but I'd say that's what it is. http://images.google.co.uk/imgres?i...mages?q=corkscrew+willow&gbv=2&hl=en&safe=off

its a corkscrew willow! i just asked my uncle and he is a tree surgeon!
