Hi guys,

Didn't we have standard pet shop complaint letters at some point we could adapt? I can't find it!

And are there any good fact sheets about hay etc?

I don't know where it is but had been thinking about this because I am prepared to tackle all the pet shops in my area. Wanted a really polite and well written letter and also some decent fact sheets that they could give out.

There have been a number of template letters made up over the years to send out, which aspect are you looking at.
