Hi when can i put my nine week old bunny on the grass?

:wave:Hiya personally I would make sure he is vaccinated againt myxo and VHD before putting him on anything that could harbour biting insects.. as this is how myxo is spread. VHD wise are you near wild buns? Will he be in a run? Or is your garden bunny-proofed? I would wait till he is 12 weeks old, the same as recommended for feeding vegetables. This way his tummy will be stronger. I would introduce him slowly to grass as they eat it - otherwise buns can get grass sickness if they over-indulge before their stomachs have gotten used to the new food as with any change in their diet it is best to introduce gradually over a few weeks.
