:wave:Hello, I haven't been here for a long time but I have a question. I have just got my little Nethie boy desexed (2 days ago) and he appears to be recovering very well, no redness or irritation to his stitches etc. The vet recommended that he be kept quiet for a week, but his rabbit partner is pining for him and he is moping a bit - although I think from missing her, nothing appears amiss with his physical health. Still eating and drinking and going to the toilet!!
Anyway can I put him back in with his girlfriend now? Or should I wait until the week is over. Will she accept him as being himself when he returns or might she not recognise his smell or something because he's been away for a week?
Thanks!
