Anyone used "pet stairs/steps" for bunnies?

I have a lovely new shed for my bunnies and just need to build them a shelf now. My rabbits are getting older and currently have a hutch/run with ramp. I have noticed that when they go up the ramp they seem to sort of "scramble" up it. I was thinking about alternatives to ramp for the shed and came across pet steps, I think they're meant for dogs to help them climb up onto the bed/sofa etc. Just wondered if anyone has any thoughts on whether this would be easier for the bunnies to get up to their shelf?

could you put some carpet on your ramp? might help with grip.

Yes I could carpet it, just wondered if generally steps are easier than ramps?

not sure you could try the steps and see.
