Choice of Hutch/Run

Do you think either of these would be suitable to keep one, and potentially two, medium sized rabbits. (the 6ft version)

The second one is good but could use a bit more space for the run, ie 6ft x 6ft would be better. The first one would need a whole extra run attached.

Either of them would be fine in the 6 foot version, I'd probably go for the hutch with the attached run.
