Dull fur and loss of fur

I'm wondering if you can help me. I have 2 female rabbits, Cookie and Pepper, in the same indoor hutch. Cookie hasn't been looking as good the last few days. Her fur has become dull and sticking up a bit (not a smooth coat like the other one) and there has been an increased fur loss in the hutch. I have caught Pepper trying to mate her a few times.

Is the fur anything to be concerned about or just a case of needing vitamins or something?
