bonding a year old male.

hi guys, i have a year old male, Chester, who seems very mopey most of the time. he is in good health. i am now thinking of getting him neutered and trying to pair him up with a female. he is'nt randy at all as my other rabbits have been and he does'nt spray either but will need to be done if this is gonna happen. i am in norwich and was wondering if anybody knows of any rescues that could bond him, someone who kows what they're doing? i've read alot of bonding horror stories on here! also, how long do i leave it after he's been operated to try and pair him up?
