New Babies And Syringing

scatter

Alpha Buck
Hi,

I have got two new baby lionheads. They came from a lady who has a LOT of rabbits, all well cared for, but this litter were an accident!!

Anyway, I have decided to Panacur these babies as there were an awful lot of rabbits of different ages where they came from and just to be on the safe side. My vet has given me Panacur liquid and has told me to give them 0.6ml each day for 9 days.

My previous bunny Daisy was soooo good at being syringed drugs over 9 and a half years and she had many occasions when she had to have them.

However, these two new wriggly babies are, I think going to be a bit more difficult to syringe.

My question is has anybody got any tips on how to syringe wriggly baby bunnies as it is 10 years since I've had babies in the house, lol.

They are 14 weeks and 10 weeks old.

Thanks.
