min hutch size would be a 5ftx2ft prefrably with attached run.

I would say 6ftx2ftx2ft with attached run, or a shed, especially for Dwarf Lops, they can get pretty big

yes, if its going to be for 2 then 6ft I was basing my answer on 1 my Jack has a 5ftx 2.5ft with seperate run

then in that case its fine! one thing though bunnies are pretty noisey at night! so you might want to reconsider where to put them :lol:
Oh the hamster makes a hell of a noise. everyone else wakes up, and i dont even though its in my room!.:shock:

NIC cages can be whatever size you make them so it depends how big you make it. I have a 48" dog crate as a base for my buns, they are free range in the bunny room all the tume though
