New friend for Nutmeg. Bonding going well!!! Pics!

Nutmegs big girlfriend Clover sadly died a few weeks
ago and i recently adopted a new little girl called Hazel
to bond with him. She has been in the house and
roaming around the dining room and living room for
2 weeks now. Nutmeg has been in the house when
she is in her cage and i have let her into the hutch
outside when he was in his run. Have to say Nutmeg
is not interested in his run on his own. Sits forlornly
under the fruit bushes Lots of scenting going on!
I introduced them briefly tonight and it went surprisingly well!
Little bit of head humping from Nutmeg! Little nips from Hazel
to say get off me! Im doing it slowly! Not putting them together
just yet and always under close supervison as Hazel is much
more energetic than wee Nutmeg. So far so good!

He is so gorgeous close up! Most of my pics tonite
have been a blurr! Hazel is too facinated with the
living room to notice Nutmeg! Least no fighting!
Hoping to put them in the run at end of week
and see what happens. fingers crossed. Nutmeg is
a sweet, gentle boy and Hazel is just way too excited
about everything just now!:lol:

The evil twin is Hazel! She has upright ears and Nutmeg is a lop with helicopter ears. I think they are going to be fine together once Hazel calms down and is less excited about EVERYTHING and stops scenting every surface in the house, including the cats. " This is mine, This is mine too, and this etc"
