for the last time! His abcess is GONE GONE GONE! He has been signed off at the specialist! She said it can ALWAYS come back, so he will never be 100%, but hes 99%!
It has gone, he has gone from 1.8kg to 2kg, hes foot is pink not red and sore, theres no infection at all.
My boy has done it
I am overjoyed, i cant believe that hes okay.
He needs to have as much freedom to move as physically possible so in the summer he and jelly will get a playhouse/shed/or dog kennel + run, with soft rubber flooring to ensure this abcess stays away.
I am sad today as my beautiful little hammie has died but this has made me smile so so much.
I want to thank everyone for their advice, offers, kind words and everything. this shows that despite an abcess being in the worst place, they CAN get better. Hes also had his myxi jab which wasnt possible and hes been overdue for 2 months so im happy there too.
