Sore Hocks - ever free of it?

Hey

I was wondering if sore hocks comes back once it has been "cured". After infection is taken out, and fur grows back, will it return?
 
i dont think you ever truly get rid of a problem hock, because you cant tell a bunny to rest. but it does depend how bad they are.
