Help please - what's that statistic about how quickly rabbits breed?

:wave: As the title says - what's that statistic I've read somewhere about how rabbit numbers can go from 2 to ... in a year?

Putting together some notes for NEC next weekend - it would be a useful thing to know to help explain why we neuter!

Is the current number of buns in rescue in this country still about 30,000?

Somewhere I remember seeing something about 2 to 2000 in a year for rabbits.

Thanks - that helps I remember seeing a little animation of it on a website (I think it was a pet products one :?). Really just want to be able to shock people into how quickly rabbit populations can increase if buns are left un-neutered! :shock:

I went from 2 rabbits to 11 rabbits, within a few months
