animal welfare act (actual document) does anyone have it?

Hi does anyone have a copy of the animal welfare act that i can read, i've searched the web and can't find the actual document only interpretations. I want to get my facts right before i hit the petshops and complain about the sale of tiny hutches.

Unfortunately it's very vague. It says you need to provide a suitable environment but doesn't go into any detail about what that entails.

Yeah, i think there is going to be a secondary legislation part added but i could take a few years to complete!:roll:i suppose their is a lot to do but you think they would have issued an initial guideline to sizes etc.
