Hi

Im Charlie,18yrs old and new to the forums:wave:
I've been reading info on the forum for a little while which has helped me answer a couple of questions, so thank you.

I currently dont have any rabbits but am going to get some in the near future. I used to have a rabbit when I was 5yrs old, so long time ago now lol.

I just have a couple of questions to ask:
Im from north kent and would like to get a pair of netherland dwarf babies. I've found two local breeders but wondered if any one on here has got the rabbits from them before( i hope i am allowed to post the links)

Second question. Whats the best size hutch for 2 Netherland dwarfs?
I've found a double decked hutch I like but not sure on the size.
Heres the link: http://www.happyhutch.co.uk/details.php?product=73

Thanks and if anybody has any advice on a more suitable hutch, i'd greatly appreciate it:)

Charlie.

I would suggest checking out local rescues to see what buns need home you could give them a very happy life after being unwanted. Not sure about the hutch recommendation. I know normally it's like six foot with an attached run, so even with the dwarves you should really have an attached run. Or a shed set-up :D
P.S I've heard dwarves are a bit more fiesty than the larger breeds but I'm sure someone with dwarves will be able to tell you more:wave:

Thanks for welcome and for the help. I have checked out a couple of local rescues and would love to rescue rabbits. I hope I can in the future, when I persuede my dad! lol. I would love a shed set up as I have a big enough garden and i think it would work really well. The problem with my my garden is its on 2-levels, all concrete at the bottom and stairs upto the grass. The best place to put a hutch is down the bottom. So with the case of a hutch/run combi, is it ok to stick on concrete?

Thanks again

Just saw the 2replies above mine. Thank you again, i have recieved a very warm welcome:D

I'll check out those links:)

Charlie.
