Besides myxi and syphilis what could it indicate?

I have never seen either before but am pretty convinced it doesn't look like syphilis and can't find any other symptoms which would indicate myxi :?

There is a thick creamy discharge round his penis, I know his glands look really blocked so could be from that. I don't really want to clean him up properly until he has seen the vet tomorrow just in case.

I am taking every possible precaution and he is away from my own bunnies
 
Is it his penis that's swollen or his plums?
If the former then an infection under the foreskin is possible. This can occur in Bucks with bladder sludge as my poor Nomad found out :cry:
 
Testicals are fine, just his penis.

I was wondering (and hoping)if it could be an infection fom laying on a permanently soaking hutch :?
 
If he has had an opportunity to be 'vigorous' with something/someone/somebun then that might also irritate the penis.
