putting weight on poorly rabbits?

as you may know mowgli is poorly with kidney failure, he has gone very thin and each day seems thinner, his spine can really be felt, ive increased his burgess to double which he loves, and give him a few extra veg at supper time, is there anything else i can try and give him?

Dried grass (eg excel forage of the ready grass stuff) is good. Also, stalky hay has a higher feed value.

How about some pure oats? Sainsburys sell some organic rolled oats.

Hob-Nobs?? Just the plain ones in the orange packet. We had a bunny in foster care who couldnt maintain her weight very well, we used to give her a hobnob each night xXx
