I have a neutured male (19 mths) and a young unspayed female (7 mths) (due to be spayed in a couple of wks). For the past 3 days she has really changed, mounting the male and constantly thumping/stamping, then they're best of friends again (playing, licking, eating together). He has a look of 'oh here we go again! and can't be bothered and just runs away everytime she tries to hump him. Will she get the hint that he isn't interested or is it a case of she will calm down after spaying? Any tips? Thanks
