will they stay bonded

I have 1 of my two new buns in for speying tom,i am going to keep her right next to the bun she is bonded with,they will be able to smell each other,see each other etc.They will be apart tom while black bun is speyed. so my questions are when should i put them back together? and will they still be friends after being divided for a bit?

there is no need to separate them if taking them in for a spay. I would take both buns to the vet & they are usually happy to keep them together. It's a bit of a risk separating them bonding wise.

well it was going to be 1 bun at a time,now i have decided to wait a little bit longer and take them both together
