Is Ghostie Over Grooming Pickle and Toffee?

Wise Old Thumper
Pickle has black spots on his head and face where it looks like Ghostie has nibbled the fur down the the black root (He's an agouti)
Also she pulls out Toffee's mane when she grooms him (he is EXTREMELY fluffy)
Is this over grooming or normal?
