Litter training.

I have three buns who have their own room and they are all litter trained but I've noticed lately that poops have started appearing all over the floor, more and more each day it seems, how can I get them back into their good habits? Nothing has changed in the room as far as I can tell. Also, I'm not sure if it's one bun or all three that's being naughty! :lol:
