Male rabbit with sore parts?

The bun who i took in a while back who had been left in somebodys garden has made great progress. On his first Vet visit his private parts, the side of his willy and his ball bags on the right side were red and she told us to keep an eye on them.

We orginally thought he was neutered but it appears due to his bad condition he had retracted his balls.

Today i noticed the redness has got abit worse and abit sore.

Any ideas?

Hes due at Vets this week for his two weekly check up.

Is it just that the skin is red or is there any discharge/lesions that look like blisters?
Can you *cough* retract his foreskin

The skin is red and abit flakey and he has little red dots, if that makes sense...It seems to be getting bigger, as in spreading..

Yes have retracted his foreskin all is *fine*
