I spray a horse fly repellent called Naf Off around my hutches in the summer, never on the buns tho.

I make my own for the horses - 1 pint of boiling water left over night with a few tea bags, a sliced lemon and a good glug of citronella in it does the trick - I wouldnt splash it on to go out on the pull though :lol:

I use fly netting on hutches and runs.I also spray citronella around and use it on litter trays.
