I will buy a new crate to bond them in and keep them in it in the outhouse with free range time and get them a bigger run with a lid for nice days

A crate would be fine but when you say with free range time im guessing you mean shutting them in at times too. Ideally a run should be attached to the crate to give them extra space when they arnt free ranging. Be careful if they are indoor buns as an outhouse will be too cold for them at the minute unless it has heating. Good luck with the bond
