Putting Ollie outside

Quick question - Ollie has been an indoor bun since we got him in October but the intention has always been to house him outside. When can we put him outside? What sort of temperatures are we looking for?

Unfortuantely Ollie would not have the correct coat thickness to keep him warm outside at the moment, so he would need to go out in the spring when temperatures rise

I know Ollie can't go out at the moment or anytime soon, but Spring actually starts in March and personally I think that is still going to be too soon. That's why I asked about temperatures
