Please keep in mind that posts on this forum are from members of the public sharing personal opinions. It is not a replacement for qualified medical advice from a veterinarian. Many illnesses share similar symptoms but require different treatments. A medical exam is necessary for an accurate diagnosis, without which appropriate treatment cannot be given.

You should always consult your vet before following any suggestions for medication or treatment you have read about. The wrong treatment could make your rabbit worse or mean your vet is unable to give the correct treatment because of drug interactions. Even non prescription drugs can do harm if given inappropriately.

We are very grateful to members who take time to answer other members questions, but please do be clear in your replies that you are sharing personal experience and not giving instructions on what must be done.

Urgent Medical Advice: If you need, or think you might need, urgent medical advice you should contact a vet. If it is out of working hours phone your vet's normal number and there should be an answer phone message with instructions on what to do.

Yes, id keep them in for 48 hours so they can regulate their temperatures.
Is there any way you can make a pen/pen of a part of the house and then divide it in two parts so they are seperate but can see/smell each other?

tried to seprate the hutch but dont really have anything suitable so brandy just pushed through. I do have a run, would thta be ok to use overnight i i place it next the hutch so they can see each other

If you brought the run indoors, and place the hutch in it so they can see each other?

hutch wont fit in but I have brought the run inside and placed it so they can see each other. when do you think i should try and put them back in the hutch together.Sorry for all the questions i'm a first time rabbit owner

sorry to pester.
Was just wondering if any one has advice about how, when and if I can bond my boys abck together. don't know anything about it really as they were all readt together when i got them

Hi Tracy, I'd give it another few days before you put them back together or you'll end up with a whole new set of problems.

How old are your boys? If they are older than 6 months or so I'd say not to try to bond them again for a few weeks while their hormones settle.

I just bonded my two boys a week ago but they were both desexed long before this.

Good luck!
