Dental and Drinking...

Lily has been drinking excessivley lately, which I put down to her dental problems. She had her teeth done on wednesday and still seems to be guzzling a fair amount.

Her wee isnt smelly and she is clean on her bum and feet etc and is still eating and pooping fine.

Could she still be a bit sore from her dental or could it be something else :? shes been recently panacurd.

I did also wonder weather her bottle might be leaking as its always soaked under where it is..and shes biting it all the time when shes drinking...I am SO confused.

Seem to have nothing but problems with her lately :(:(

how old is the bun?

What's the color of her urine, is it almost totally clear? Or is it milky yellow-orange color?
 
Can you give her a bowl instead of a bottle ?

Is she losing weight?

Has she had a recent blood test (Full blood profile) ?
 
My boy Skye has been excessively drinking for the past week and a half and he had his teeth checked a weeks ago and it turns out he has an ulcer on his cheek that has been bothering him and he has been drinking to soothe the pain!
He seems alot better now due to having baytril and metacam :D

My other bun Fudge (dental bun) drinks more after her dentals for about a week so it could possibly be that!

I hope your bun is ok :D
 
My bunny is too drinking alot at the moment and I have heard all sorts of horror stories about what it could be! He is on anti-biotics, being panacured and is going back 2moro when I will ask for some bloods to be done!
