Panacur - dogs and cats help!

regrading the Panacur (2.5% cat & dog wormer 100ml) i bought a bottle of the internet how do i convert it to rabbits for a 28day period? i thought half a ml? is there anyone can help me?? and do i have to weigh all my rabbits, iv got a rough guess that most of my rabbits are 1.3-1.7 KG? does all this sound about right? :?

I think it is 0.2ml per 1kg of body weight, so a 3kg bun would get 0.6ml daily

ETA sorry that's for the 10% not the 2.5%

For the 2.5% Panacur its 0.8ml/kg (20mg/kg)
It is important to get an accurate weight for each Bun
