Do pet shops have them PTS when they cant sell them?

BWFCAngel off here, had been going into this petshop for a while and the poor bun kept being put into smaller and smaller accomodation and working her way back to the back of the shop as no one wanted it. Lisa (BWFCangel) came to me on Saturday to ask if I could help but I just didn't have the space.
