Bunny housing.....

My mum bought me a rabbit hutch which is far too small and someone said to make it bigger (on another of my threads)

I was going to make it bigger and add a bigger run onto it but now i want them to have something a bit bigger!

Its a choice between the following:

I would convert the dog kennels into hutches and add a large 12ft by 5ft runs
Or the shed i would convert into a bunny home with 2 levels and add a 6ft by 6ft run (or bit bigger)

I have access to free wood as my dad is a joiner and owns his own company (although he wont build me a shed )

Just found 2 shed going for free near me a 4ft by 3ft and a 3ft by 2ft
And also found a 6ft by 8ft shed for £80!!!!

So much room to do things inside. Add shelves, levels, ramps etc.

The 8X6 shed is a bargain!! Your buns would love that!

yup, yup, yup - gotta go with the 8x6ft shed conversion, bags of room, you can get in and clean/play easily, especially in the "lovely" weather!!

although....if the other two sheds are free, you could put them either end of a big run???

If I was getting a new house for the rabbits, I'll definitely get a shed. It's so much better, and you can sit with them and interact with them so much more than a hutch.

I got a second hand 6ftx 8ft shed and would definately recommend getting one I split mine in two so I could have two pairs living there and there are two runs attached to it too

Hmmm... never thought of that!!! now i dont know!!! :?
I will think about it and decide by friday!!!
