Opinions on this hutch please

I am thinking of getting a new hutch for the buns, they currently have Thistle Hall with permenant access to a 4ft run but the hutch is starting to look a bit worn. I'd quite like to replace it but the floor space I have is only 6ft x 4ft. :? I have 4 small lionheads and although they have a double level hutch now they never use the upstairs, they prefer to sit snuggled up in a heap in the bottom bit

Only have a budget of around £100. Have seen this on Ebay and would like some opinions on it..

Or This one? I like the fact the run is big enough for me to get into and has a roof :)

The problem I have is that sheds have to have a better base area that I have also I would want to add a run to it and I wouldn't have the space. :(
I only have a small garden and want something that is 'nice' to look at as well as nice for the buns to live in. Have found this one which is a better size on ebay.. think I might watch it and see what it goes for. I love tha fact that I could get in the run with them :D and sit there without getting a bad back like I do now

Nope my lot have access 24/7.. I used to shut them in at night but they hated it.

What about a 6x2x2 with a drop run underneath?

You can get them on eBay, if you search Massive Hutch.

The last link I put is 6ft4 long.. 2ft8 wide and 4ft2 high for the run. The 'hutch' part is 3ft2wide by 2ft2 high by 2ft8 depth. I know the 'hutch' bit isn't very big but I have to say my lot only use one corner of their hutch now as a snuggle hole, most of the time they sit in the run and this would give them a run twice the size of what they have now :)

Hi, the top one is a good design but not really big enough, try http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/6ft-MASIVE-Ra...14&_trkparms=72:1301|66:2|65:12|39:1|240:1318 for a bigger single one with run underneath (though there are mixed opinions on here with this make) or http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/RABBIT-KINGDO...14&_trkparms=72:1301|66:2|65:12|39:1|240:1318 if you wanted more than one hutch on it.

i know sheds dont really look as nice (though you can paint them, lots of people on here have very pretty ones) but if you have a bad back and want to get in and interact with them, this is definately the way to go. much easier to clean without hurting yourself, and you can sit and play in there even if its raining. depends on how much space you have, but you can make a full height run from aviary panels too.

A shed has the benefit that you can just go and sit with them whereas a cage they cant interact with you as much. I spend hours just sitting with mine now and they are so much friendlier:D You can put shelving in too to give them even more space

I really don't want a shed though.. it would just take over my garden :(

I am hoping to get the one on the last link I posted :D It will give them a bigger run than they have at the moment without taking over the garden

Thanks for all your thoughts though
