double chin?

is this normal?
is my bun too fat or has she got an actual problem? she never used to have it.. is it because her fur is thicker now? I'll add pics in a bit

It's called a dewlap and female bunnies often develop them when they reach maturity, or if they are speyed later in life.

As long as it's not so big she cannot reach over it to clean herself/eat her ceacals then don't worry. Once a bun has developed a dewlap they never completely go away again.
