housing decision to make, help please :)

I have abit of a dilemma. I have two bunnies, two piggies THEY DON'T LIVE TOGETHER.
I have a 6ftx7ft shed and a different set up which is 11ftx3ft.

Shed 7ftx6ft

Pros:

• Easier to get into to clean out.
• Can fit larger things in there for the buns
  
• more weather protection

Cons:

• no run
• will have to have space taken up for storage

Playhouse set up 11ftx3ft

Pros:

• run accsess
• allowed to fasten shelves onto the walls/modify it.

Cons:

• hard to clean out
• hard to acsess
• less secure but not dangerous

Which one should the buns have? Which ever the buns don't have my piglets will get

I think the rabbits should have the playhouse so they get run access, and the guinea-pigs should have the shed.

yeh i think so too, either way ur gunna have the harder to clean out one in use and its prob easier usuing it for bunnies as they can use litter trays where as piggies will poop everywhere which will make it even harder to clean!

and it seems better for them!!
