Is this a sign of stress??

Rupert is "making a nest" he is franticly stuffing lots of hay in his mouth and rearranging it. I have seen him do this only a couple of times before. We lost Baileys yesterday and although they didnt live in the same cage they did live next to each other and when they were loose in the room they did sit next to the other one that was in there cage. x

Poor Rupert, I've never know this to happen personally after loosing a bunny but I'm sure it could well be a reaction

Please give Rupert some extra nose rubs from me xx
