i have an 9 month dwarf lop ( male). He had being castrated last week and he had an injection of antibiotics as part of his after care. four days after the op. he had diaroia ( like water coming out of his bump) just for an hour and we took him to the vet immediately. The vet said that he was fine and gave him a probiotic medication to put in his drink ( we couldn't give that to him because he hated the taste and he stopped drinking water) and also a course of treatment for worms.
It is two days after this incident and he is fine,he eats well jumping around, his usual self really. I noticed though that his stomach makes noises as our stomachs do when hungry. Not all the time though. is that normal for rabits to have noisy stomachs ( as i am realy observing him now maybe the noises were there before but hadn't noticed) or is due to the worm treatment he has or is something for me to worry about?
thank you
