Protecting wires & Baby gates

Sparkle x

Wise Old Thumper
We currently use the plastic wire protectors - Cable tidy
Is there anything else you can use?

Also baby gates, any ideas?

I think cable tidy is the best for the job for mutliple wires i.e. behind the t.v, depending on how much wire you have to cover, and how much protection they need you could use something like this http://images.google.co.uk/imgres?i...ev=/images?q=cable+protection&um=1&hl=en&sa=N

or this

As to gates, you could try freecycle or gumtree, car boots.

Im just using a panel of one of the runs, as I know Sophie is not stopping premenantly in there

alternatively there are pet gates

this one would be great for buns, although a little short I think

I thought today brill let the buns out, there isnt any wires in my room. Half day through I clicked the main ariel wire runs through bedroom and is pinned to just above skirting board

How do you cover wires pinned onto the wall???

I use the ikea stuff, but then I got really annoyed with it round my desk, and used some spare NIC grids to section off the back of my desk, and everything is safely out of reach, and those that come out are covered!

As for baby gates, I got the cheapest one I could possibly get (the dog ones are over priced baby ones ) and while Ivy was tiny I had card taped over the gaps, but now he can't get through the bars, so it's just the gate!! It's fantastic!

Thank you! I have soem like that from ASDA but can't find it there any more! Gretel manage to get to the one inch at the end that wasn't covered!
