How to design and make a hutch and run?

I know there is a housing section with lots of lovely pictures but couldn't seem to find much for DIY projects.

Just seen a lovely hutch made by someones OH! Lucky them

I've been thinking for ages about making my own run and also one day doing my hutches should I get any outdoor buns.

Does anyone have any step by step guides and piccies?

Also tips to consider when designing?
