Low protein levels in bunnies

They did blood test results on my Squish and apparently her protein levels are a bit low, other than that, she's ok. Could that be down to her bad teeth (which have now been sorted)?
What can I use to build her back up?
She eats SS pellets, any fruit and veg we give her, but isn't keen on hay. She eats it, but only if it's the only thing to eat.
She's also a bunny shaped dustbin and will eat anything she can get her paws on to.

Well for a start Excel is higher in protein than the regular SS but I think SS have a higher protein feed now so you could switch her onto one of those.

Will she eat Ready Grass? That has a higher protein content than hay I believe.

She used to be on Excel, but it gave her soft poops. I'll have a look for the SS though. I'll see if the place I get it from could get some in for me.
She loves readigrass actually. Always got some in too :)
