No one seemed to care about us or the animal in care.
We had to leave our guinea pig Poppy with them and they left us in reception. The door was locked. We had to spend ages trying to get someones attention to let us out.
We were not allowed to telephone to see how Poppy was until mid morning, which was awful (a very sleepless night too).
