All a one off blood test would do if show they have had contact with EC
not that they have active infection.
As they are asymptomatic but have had recent definate exposure to the parasite then I would go on the assumption that they might have been effected (as have 50% of
all Pet Rabbits-many
never become ill)
So on that basis I would treat both Rabbits with a 28 day course of Panacur at a dose rate of 20mg/kg/daily.
Although some folk on here say that a 6 week course of Panacur is necessary in cases of active infection I have been told by an Exotics specialist that 28 days is sufficient and I go by that Vet's advice.
I am only suggesting 'treat as if an active infection' in this case as you know that Lilli-Mai had an active infection and the other 2 have been exposed to it. So just erring heavily on the side of caution really.
You can buy Panacur 10% Liquid online and to give a 20mg/kg dose you need to weigh each Bunny and then give 0.2
ml/kg

The liquid is not licenced for use in Rabbits but the active ingredient (Fenbendazole) is exactly the same as that in the Panacur Rabbit Paste. The liquid is just more economical.
I would then advise the Buns new care givers to treat both of them with a
9 day course of Panacur (same dose rate) 2-4 times a year for the rest of their lives.
