Hints and tips from those who have made custom run/ hutch combos?

Anyone made run/ hutch combo's in a strange shape? I would like to in the very near future, build a run with integral hutch into a strange area of garden which is neither flat or a usualy shape! I feel mean as I don't have an attached run, that now I work more during the day, bunnies are in their run less in the day time (they spend same time as I still work full time, but used to only work 3 long days which meant they were out for 4). Any hints/ tips you have learnt along the way? I want to make it secure so they can access it all during the day, so will use weld mesh etc and strong fixings.
